- Business Owners with leased property
- Business Owners who own their real estate
- Commercial Property Owners
How does it work?
Step 1: Your business / building will be analyzed through a series of questions and evaluated for your current level of energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
Step 2: Your business / building will receive a physical inspection and energy audit performed by a US Department of Energy / RESNET Certified Energy Auditor and LEED AP to determine current energy efficiency and environmental sustainability
Step 3: Your business / building will receive a specific action plan to set you on the correct course to achieving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Step 4: Your business / building will be re-evaluated by an energy professional once your action plan is complete and an energy rating will be awarded.
